    The reason they would want to roll anything from this into somerton is purely to get additional control indirectly, so as to be above a 20% without being above. same as they are trying/doing with adelaide. Beach is in this for Beach and if it helps out ade or sne, its only cause it helps out bpt way more. Like the idiology, but this is the real world, for business anyway.
