Surfmore ........ any ideas .

I believe DB is in Europe again chasing up the CR . There must be some difficulty in raising these funds . I am assuming the problem is that the project is greenfields and the risk is too much for many . There has been plenty of talk of interest from large investors but no sign of anything concrete . Time for the talk to stop and the real action to start .
