advent energy (kar) of the east coast

This post could apply to either BPH or MMR.
However since GBA holds shares in BPH, MMR and directly with Advent Energy + GBA has loaned monies to Advent Energy I thought this was the most appropriate thread.

GBA 28 million shares
Market Cap: $3.6 million !!!
Cash: $200K + $885K + coming from BPH capital raising
Major shareholdings: MMR (16 million shares & options)
BPH (7 million shares), 6.7% of Advent (currently unlisted).

Holding will equate to over 10% of Advent through indirect share holdings.

Talbot Holdings have put down for 10% of Advent....
What other stocks does Talbot have significant holdings in SDL, RIV, KAR, ROL, MTN....
