Rosy , You nearly have it right but you need to do more research and work it all out . I have done this and understand most of what is going on . BPH holders will be voting on the offer that institutional or private investors have made . That is ; Advent have offered 20pc of their shares to bph for about 14m dollars and these investors have the readies . The AGM is delayed probably because of this process and when they know the date it will be announced . This will nearly triple BPH's market cap so there is a bit of dealing to do !
Reading all the threads on GBA and MMR will supply most of the answers to any questions but unfortunately there is a lot of info being misunderstood and some posters post very incorrect info .
I am a holder mainly of GBA shares and am very confident Mr Breeze knows what has to happen and he has a well thought out plan to bring the project to fruition . Many posters say BPH dont inform very well but the biotech news is always very slow as it involves years of trials .
I am happy to try and answer well put together questions .
