b) As I recall, Bob Carter was paid by the Heartland Institute and their purpose is to spread doubt on the theory of human induced warming.

I also have to say that your weasel words about Bob Carter believing 'climate is always changing' and therefore there being no doubt on his part about 'climate change' are pathetic. The theory of AGW is completely at odds with that deception. Give it a rest, its appalling.
