Thanks for posting the spreadsheet.
I see that you have used a valuation of $1.30 for the mining cash costs. Is this cost the C1 cash cost? If so, this cost is normally after credits from by-products. My concern is that you may be double counting the GOLD.
I have read the Stonebridge report on SFR Doolginna, but they were careful to not say whether the cash costs were C1 or not. (I suspect they are).
It will be something to watch as the project firms up.
