Good spotting....suggests that they may be on the verge of something re progress towards financing/production.
Can't imagine Wally Bucknell being the sort of person to advertise they have something until they actually have it.
In fact I had a conversation with Ron Hawkes and Wally at an AGM a few years back and that is exactly what they said...to paraphrase the conversation they said they don't publicise what they may have, but they will publicise when they do have something.
A subtle but telling difference I suggest.
