Followers of Norwood Abbey might be interested to know that the company advertised in the Financial Review today for a Senior Patent Attorney-In House. For those with access to the F.R, it is on page 12 today. I liked the lead in to the advert ie,
* Exciting times,exciting company! *excellent salary packaging plus benefits
I must admit I am not aware of other biotech's with the need for in-house Patent attorneys, but then again I know just how many patents Norwood disclosed in their prospectus, and this of course has grown substantially since then. With second tier licensing etc for the thymus regrowth part of the business, it is very easy to imagine the cost savings in not having to outsource all relevant advice. Indeed their are exciting times ahead.
