Bearing in mind that if you bought under 3c then you've made some good money just playing the anticipation and lead up to release. If you're risk averse wrt to the tech itself, its not a bad little side play (we can all see the lead up to the last proposed launch, so people are playing it again). I know I've play this little run up, as well as hold a long term parcel. So if people are 'bailing' at this point they might just be happily taking the profits they always intended to.
