Bought some the other day. Can't go lower can it? Not surprised with Not wanting relocating, other than watching rugby and counting sheep can not imagine much else to do over there.

Would hope that TM would stay long enough to get the financing over the line. Will be challenging in the market now and all the environmental issues and delays will not be seen positively by banks who tend to get scared off by all of that stuff.

Not exactly a retirement job by any means but a good project that should get stronger once final issues overcome
