Hi Brett, my two bobs worth is prefaced by saying you are already well equiped intelligence wise. After years of getting this trading thing wrong, I can't stress that DISCIPLINE in money management and stop losses is the key.
Have you got or considered a charting package? For traders I would recommend having one. I use FCpro (http://www.spacejock.com/) but look around.
Books, Trading for a Living by A Elder is a good one. Other than that try Share Trading by Guppy or Trading with a Plan by Compton and Kendall.
As for videos there are many on youtube that are informative. I think there is plenty of free stuff on line, I have gone to a few courses and could not recommend any.
