Be very careful here. Remember the share price has run from 17 cents & check the previous situation CAZ v RIO.

From what I've read in the announcements, basically FMG are in a win win situation where they will exercise the agreement with CAZ, 'if' CAZ is granted Rhodes Ridge.

No risk to FMG at all. CAZ takes all the risks and years of legal challenges - if it goes that long.
Personally would be very surprised if RIO/Hancock lost this.

Anyway, there might be trader interest and further media attention tommorrow. I traded it today & might look again but wont be holding.

You definately need a stop loss on this and if you are looking long term - it's just a high risk gamble.
