They've painted themselves into a corner because they believe they can dictate that tobacco shouldn't be smoked and therefore anything that emulates/replaces their 'sin' should also banned.
Instinctively THEY KNOW that Vape = Smoking =BAD.
Maybe the Science will indicate that Vape is good - how do they know?
They're saying that Vape can replace Tobacco addiction and are prepared to fund that(on prescription) but are prepared to ban Vapes on no evidence.
