If the media was to be believed, they have this as fait accompli. Santos must be feeling this is "too easy".
For the sp to be trading below 90c the market must not be confident of an on market bid or an increased offer. I realise there is a way to go yet. But barring a fall in Santos sp there is an arbitrage to be had here... GT
