Peter,
I advise that we are currently looking at the sale of VRE to potential parties who wish to recapitalise and relist the entity. If this prevails, you will continue to be a shareholder within this company (pending the proposals received) and upon relisting, be able to salvage a value for your shares. We are hoping to have a deal finalised and a meeting called to put forward the proposals to creditors. Upon acceptance of one of these proposals, the company will remain in a DOCA until certain conditions are met, we don't believe that there will be many conditions and believe that the DOCA could be finalised early in
the new year.
