The ANZ and Westpac offer packages for multiple loans and investors. Anz it is called breakfree and Westpac have similar. You pay a fee around $300- $400 a year and they give you free accounts, no application fees on loans and reduced interest rates. Depends on the actual branch manager as well really pays to shop around as a lot of banks and managers are looking after the banks interest not yours. The days of grovelling to bank managers have gone, if they do not give you what you want walk out the door. Plenty of banks and plenty of properties around.
