advice needed on capitol return

Hi there hotcopper readers

Just after a bit of advice regarding the capital return (if approved).

I'm usually a trader so never bother filling out the paperwork that comes in the mail when you buy shares, but to receive the capital return I will need to fill out the paperwork if I buy into CSR I imagine so they have my address to send the cheque to ? Is this correct ?

So If I buy into CSR for the capital return I will need to do so at least 2 weeks before so all the info is received I imagine ?

What would happen if I bought into CSR and didnt fill out the paperwork but I was an eligible holder ?
