A buy back is good depending how you look at it.
Warren Buffet recently comment that a buy back of share is more positive for the person with the most amount of shares but not as effective for small holders. That's how I read it.
Most big company's do it.
Isn't it better they buy them no rather than wait for the price to go up.
AND IT WILL GO UP REACHING 90C SO FAST PROVED ONCE THE DOLLAR START ROLLING IN.
BE PAIENT AND GIVE TIME.
