The trick with investing
(as opposed to trading or gambling) is to pick stocks which would appear to be undervalued.

In other words, you are suggesting that the market has not yet adjusted the price of the share to reflect its true value.


To eliminate the gambling side I have found that the company needs to have a proper business model in
place ,

And income or funds or both to grow the business ,

Directors need to be seen to be a bit serious in increasing S/H worth as well .
