Jack, I am not expert, but I know how you feel.
IMO,
I would spread some of what you have across a couple of sectors, and dont always play the penny stocks with all of your resources.
I am not saying dump what you hold, but diverse a little more mate.
Some Gold would be nice, some nickel too, perhaps a little touch of U, with a little of oil even depending on your knowledge.
Actually, depending on your timing, knowledge and resources that should be a pretty good formulae to get back to square 1.
