Can I claim a capital loss if my options expire worthless.
There are no buyers as they expire at the end of next month,and are well out of the money.(GLFOB)
I think Delisted would buy them to create a loss,however that costs $150.00.
Would confirmation from the Company that they are worthless after 31/3/13 satisfy the ATO.
