Broker recommendations must be taken with a grain of salt.
They are institutional traders with the same selfish interest as you and me.
They have as much influence on the misinformed, gullible and emotional (fearful or greedy) as the likes of REI, RP Data, Rismark, BIS Shrapnel and your local RE agents on the herd buying houses now.
One should look at the big picture with a long term view and not be panicked into buying and selling.
Southern Cross may have a huge BUY order ready to unleash on BSL when once they talk it down low enough.
