When u say need that comes accross as very desperate....so maybe u need to look at what got u into that situation to begin with.

If u said i wished to make that much then i would fell better about giving u any advioce....but need to is anothr kettle of fish.

sound like you have about $100k in shares as of today.

Selling JRV would be the first thing I would do.

the rest i dont know that much about......but turning 100k into $280k in a year is not impossible.....

However its an unrealistic target imo to look at it yearly so you need to set more realistic target for starters on a smaller scale.

better to break it down and work on how to make say 10% month for the next 12 months.

Although very similar ........u now break it down to a more achievable goal and can look at your position monthly to see if your heading in the right direction....and adjust your holdings accordingly.
