Barnesy.......Your motivation is wrong....with the obvious train of thought you have you are going to make desperate decisions....panic selling, buying to far up the run etc......i have learnt very quickly that taking the advise apparently "well meaning" individuals here on HC will get you burnt (eg Trude on GXY.....thanks b1tch)
Go back over some old posts from your "preofessioinals" for a year or so ago and see how they panned out...
