Can anyone advise me how I can make payment for my eligaible SSMR's. I did not recieve the eligibility or acceptance form in the mail and as such do not have the individual shareholder Bpay reference number.
I have contacted Computershare Investor services who have closed off e-mails and will not send me the eligibility or acceptance forms. They will also not advise what my shareholder reference number is, so that I can Bpay for the rights. They will only confirm that my Hin number indicates I was eligible.
The rights appeared on my on-line trading account, which were taken off-line on the 6.10.09.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to make payment before 5pm on the 13.10.09 or who I can contact to get the required information to make payment.
