well if you are into advising managements - then I suggest you should get on your bike and advise the rest of the index

fml has actually been resisting going down more so than the rest of the index until the last few days - which looks like capitulation.

But then - if we chop their pay we would replace them with people from within the industry - that is the other companies in the index --------- brilliant move - here is what it looks like

Now if you really want to get scared - have a look at this one - of course you might want management to do something about this as well -------- it's our long term uptrendline in US gold - penetrated - more decisively this time - let's see what happens here.

If you really want to see some unhappy shareholders - try a visit to ncm forum - you know, the company with really low cost mines :)
