1. Immediately cut any ties to any company related to Ashok or Darren.

2. Sack all you executive and management team. They added 0 value to this company. Replace with people willing to buy shares in the company.

3. Get rid of unprofitable centers - we have several of these.

4. Cut costs whilst improve existing centers and occupancy.

5. Listen to your SHs, I mean the ones not related do Darren and his affiliates

6. Buy lots of shares yourself

if you do these steps, you are in for a very rewarding 1-2 years. The share price does not reflect this company but only it's terrible management over the last 3-4 years
