I am seeking advice as titled. A letter was supposedly sent to me on the 9th of March '22 detailing that my holdings had fallen below $500 worth and was now to be sold at market value. If I didn't respond (which occurred as I never actually received the letter, it possibly got lost or what have you), then the sale would go ahead. Oh well, maybe it's a sign, at least I'll get what funds are left back and be able to re-invest elsewhere.
The estimated Unmarketable Parcels payment date was 'as soon as practicable after Friday 20th May 2022', however it is now the 1st of July and I still have not received any sort of payment. I have reached out to Automic Group as they were the ones handling it, however they have advised that the company has not completed it as of yet and I would need to contact them directly. I am still awaiting an answer from them and have not been able to get in contact yet. What do I do from here? Has anyone else experienced this?
