Advice Wanted on Buying a New Car

    I'm about to get down to the nitty-gritty with a car salesman on purchase of a new Mazda (no trade-in), and I wonder if any of you know what margins these guys work on, and how hard I should haggle for the best price.

    I don't want to bleed anyone dry, but I would certainly like to get the best deal I can.

    Any advice gratefully received.
