Nobody can tell you accurately if house prices are going up or down ATM but you should buy when your ready and at what prise you can afford. To buy just because of the grant shouldn’t be a major factor.
With low interest rates and IMO going lower it represents some great opportunity to get into the property market as an owner or investor.
