I was in Mt Martha the other day and that is simply a stunning spot . Shops opposite beach and lots of character houses in little valleys etc . I just love hills near the beach .It's also more family friendly and so quiet incomparison to Mornington , darn Mornington has got busy and I don't like it .
I've done the same as u as sold up before Christmas and rented a humpy on the penninsula while I search out properties and different areas . Such an amazing choice with beachside townhouses to old fibro's and then the amazingly beautiful views with HUGE houses on the hills surrounding Arthurs seat . Rosebud sth ,Mccrae and Dromana are my choice spots but more because I can't afford Mt Martha or Mt Eliza ! I'm gunna go the 2 humpy route when cash allows but happy to start with one to see me through the shortterm . cheers
