    anyone know what the 120m term debt facility relates to. And what are their banking covenants and debt facility limits .

    can nfk use the term debt facility to repay its existing debt due in 2010.

    enterprise value = (market cap + net debt)/ ebitda

    for fy2009 EV will be around 2 to 3 , If it were taken over it would go for 8 to 10 times EV.
