The Court had made further orders requiring AMPFP to provide all documents that it has identified as falling within the categories by last Friday. On Friday evening, AMPFP produced 3,600 documents. AMPFP is expected to produce a further tranche of documents at the end of this week.
Separately, Justice Moshinsky has now listed the class action for a case management hearing on 31 May 2021. At this hearing, it is likely the Court will make further orders for steps the parties must take, such as exchanging evidence.
