the council rezoning meant the shop could not be used for commercial and now it is residential the lease is void and i can get back my bond immediately and walk out with my belongings
the rc made the contract void and the advisors are entitled to a refund
the advisors had a contract to get grandfathered commissions the rc removed this option the contract is void and the advisors get a refund
