AMP's entire argument is that they have the right to alter the terms of the BOLR contract if certain economic events occur.
This is the only reason Ferrari was given the green light to go ahead and alter the terms without the 13 months notice. The only argument the class action has is regarding this point, yet AMP acted within their right to alter the terms without the 13 month notice due to an industry wide economic event that occurred.
This is obvious.
