Does it matter to shareholders at this time. Provision has been made in the financial statements and profitability for the difference between the 4x BOLR and the actual value to AMP. If we win the class action it is just gravy. So as far as I see it the discussion is just trying to preempt the outcome of the court case or settlement, when obviously both sides, ie the company and the FP's are at obvious disagreement. Just a waste of time.
