Hi what you say may have a grain of truth in it.
But , despite the screams of pain from the swinging dicks, it is still very hard for women in business in Australia.
You have to pretty damn good to overcome that.
So the odds are better than even, that the appointment of a woman , will be an improvement.
In AMP's case , getting rid of a few bags of testosterone , and trying a collaborative approach going forward has to be an worth a try.
The management changes, male and female , seem to be following in that direction.
ps got bored with the visual pollution and lack of relevance, grateful if somebody could give me the heads up if Scull says anything new [it has been a while] and interesting.
