The letters from Maurice Blackburn indicates that they commenced the class action without knowing any thing about systems, practice, and what they were actually taking action for. To me that stinks of harrassment. Now since instituting the action, they have managed to get discovery of documents and they are working to find about what is going on and they don't even know what they are doing, but are learning fast. Sounds like a scattergun approach. I can't see this going anywhere.
