The hearing tomorrow .
The question is , how long before a ruling on this point ?
It will be interesting either way, to see the commentary from the judge , to perhaps get an idea what he thinks about AMP and their past conduct.
If the comments were to be along the lines of,'' AMP improperly forced these advisors to sign away their rights ", then that probably bleeds thru to the substantive case.
Look forward to your post , post hearing.
Black and white , mostly lower case will be fine.
