I presume that ''FOS'' came with the usual lack of substantive argument as to why the various litigation running sores are not a problem for AMP, financially and reputation-wise.
Hence my constant refrain : settle , lots of mea culpas , blame the evil ones who came before, and move on.
Probably with a higher share price and a recovery of their fum's.
No matter what the SP did on the day of such an action , I would be buying.
Helmich probably said it best , some people think that if they close their eyes they cant be seen.
