numbers - I think he is a brilliant fit - having been at the opposite side of the negotiating table he will have the insight on deal structure and what is attractive and what is not. I also like the fact that he offered to be more involved after having done some work with Suda on one of their projects and was told that the position is not one of simply advising the Board, but rather there was a requirement to be involved on the ground and roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

I take this to mean he will be very involved in face to face meetings in Europe which is where we need to be.

I believe he will ultimately increase his involvement by becoming a full time Board member is my guess.

Very pleased at this point.
