ENVIROMISSION ADVISORY PANEL FORMED

As an integral component of the EnviroMission global roll-out strategy a new Advisory Panel is being formed, focusing in the first instance on the United States of America.

Mr. Robert Zabors has agreed to join the newly formed panel and will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge related to the entire United States power sector. His knowledge and experience will enable him to advise on all power generation related matters and in particular the positioning of EnviroMission
and Solar Tower development in the United States marketplace.

Mr. Zabors is a leader of the energy practice at Bridge Strategy Group, a boutique management consultancy.

Mr. Zabors has more than 20 years of experience working with, government, utilities, suppliers and technology companies on a broad range of strategic and operational issues. His work has appeared in many publications, and he is an active member of several leading electric, gas and renewable energy
associations.

Prior to founding Bridge, Mr. Zabors was also a consultant with Booz Allen and Renaissance World Wide.

Mr. Zabors has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Northwestern University Illinois.
