    damn, just wrote a lengthy reply and its gone!

    Ok, OK, GOLD.asx: since when?

    Wow, we are entering Bizzarro World for sure now.

    Is this the real adwebster???? Something don't quite add up.

    Anyways, I think that the central banks will stop pumping; they'll try other ways to get money ('encouraging' investors to buy treasury bonds), rather than getting central banks to continue buying bonds etc. And that will mean less money going into oil, and markets and other commodities etc.

    Inflation is just such an obvious way to solve the US's debt problems, with just too many adverse side effects. Inflation is too obvious for mine.
