Harry I wouldn't exactly call it a trend breakout but it has the possibility of breaking the down trend but the fundamentals are looking pretty shaky. There has been convergence on the MACD and the RSI is well into oversold. Under normal circumstances this would be a very good sign together with some good solid volume coming in on the lows to indicate the selling is over.
In this instance there are just too many fundamental variables. I'm hoping that it will reverse up but then I don't have as much to lose as most of you here.
