The announcement says "our Managing Director plans to visit China in July 2008 to finalize the contracts and loan documents." Maybe that is Robert Clarke who is based in Chile?
I think Phil is the Managing Director of RLL now (soon).
Wasn't Phil waiting on the LiCO purity certification?
Perhaps that's the next announcement or the only thing they are waiting on to announce the demerger?
