Its ironic that you comment that investors dont do their maths any more.
In your calculations you have applied a price to earnings multiple, which is a multiple of one years earninging to give a price, you have applied this multiple to ten years.
In other words you have applied a multiple to life of mine earnings to get a value of the life of mine.
You have over stated the value by a minimum ten times and I would say much much more.
