I disagree - the business has lately shown that some very basic risk analysis was not applied to some quite key business decisions. The SP continues to reflect this!
You cant on one hand preach anti dilution whilst on the other sign deals that clearly dilute our holdings anyway - convertible note terms for example - who missed the fine print.
Agreed its a tough job - but as a shareholder I'm paying the wages and it is my opinion that management must shoulder at least a percentage of blame for the current SP.
The market will respond favourably if and when solid and genuine progress is made - certainly not before.
