dear lord! their first candidate for spin off and they have a hostile relationship. you can guess the MRL didnt want the private placement as it put another big holder on the register at a big discount to their ownership and diluted existing performance share deals (free shares).
aimo opinion but this seems to be a train wreck. the coments about "financing windows" is concerning too.... like they know they get a pump off results so they want to cash in on said pump before the sp continues to spiral. seems almost predatory. why is there such a rush to raise if there is soooo much value.
probably a performance bonus for alienating the entire exec of ADY maybe?
