If hemp actually could replace graphene it would simply put graphene producers out of business. It's not like batteries such such a quantity of graphene that it will significantly drive the price of hemp up, and in the hypothetical scenario where such astonishing quantities of hemp were being grown to put into batteries, driving the price up, AEB wouldn't benefit because they're not growing hemp!
