    what about the reverse?

    What if, 'out of character' GPP don't manage to close the deal. Will the share price fall to 1 cent?

    I would think the market is already well aware of the sale, and have priced it into the share price - along with a management 'premium'.

    These guys should all just pack up and hand over the business to someone else... someone who has the energy to push GPP to realise its worth.

    Any volunteers?
